The Challenge

Xiquets de Reus is a Human Tower Association, also called, Colla Castellera in Reus (Tarragona). They necessities were to create a CMS that was able to fill different needs: a calendar which contains events, events related with news, forum, multimedia area, integration with social networks, google maps... Another necessity was that a user of this site, depending of position in the association, should be able to realize different actions inside the website.

Notes

The solution was development in shortime, almost month and half, that includes web design, CMS development, the main advantage of this the solution is that runs completely and without problems in a low cost server, that allows the client the minimize the cost of the server.

The Solution

The best option for this client was to develop a CMS that fits their necessities. The CMS was the best option, this particular solution has public site and an intranet, where the administrator of the site can give permission to its users that will allow them to realize different actions: upload pictures or videos, write news, manage the messages of the forum and so on.
